Certified by City & Guilds, this course is a Level 3 PC-Maintenance and customer support course. The qualification is recognised by ICT Companies Worldwide. Candidates must have completed the Diploma for IT Practitioners (ICT Systems Support) course prior to starting this course. full info>>

April 2004: Youngest in Ireland to receive ECDL Expert Award

At CompuLearn Clonmel's Awards Presentation evening, Robert Bourke, a student of Our Lady's Secondary School Templemore, received his ECDL Expert Award from the Mayor of Clonmel, Ald. Phil Prendergast, and Fiona Kennedy, Regional Development Officer of ICS-Skills Ireland. Robert is the youngest person in Ireland to receive the ECDL Expert Award. photos here>>


April 2004: CompuLearns Awards Presentation Evening

CompuLearn Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. – 20th April 2004 – At a recent certification ceremony citizens of Clonmel were presented with ECDL, ECDL Advanced, and ECDL Expert certifications. Representing ICS-Skills Ireland was Fiona Kennedy, Regional Development Officer, and the Mayor of Clonmel, Ald. Phil Prendergast who presented awards to CompuLearn students. The Mayor, herself a student with CompuLearn, talked about the need for ICT skills in everyday life and she is delighted with the number of Clonmel citizens undertaking training.
Robert Bourke (18) received his ECDL Advanced Expert Certificate making him the youngest in Ireland to achieve this award.

January 2004: County Enterprise Board Adopt CompuLearn Digital Photography Course.

Along with other training courses, the County Enterprise Board has adopted CompuLearns Digital Photography Course, which is now a crucial skill for SME's. Contact 052-29466 to book a place.


October 2003: Mayors Reception for CompuLearns Diploma in IT recipients

A Reception hosted by the Lord Mayor of Clonmel to honour students of CompuLearn, having been awarded 'European Diploma in Information Technology' including the youngest recipient in Ireland, at 15 years of age. 


October 2003: CompuLearn First Again, in Ireland

For the First time in Ireland, CompuLearn Students were presented with the 'European Diploma in Information Technology' at an Awards Presentation in Clonmel. photos here>>


October 2003: First Presentation of ECDL Expert Certification in the South East of Ireland

At our Awards Presentation Evening on Friday 10th October CompuLearn presented ECDL Expert certificates to Jacqui Gaule from the Waterford Enterprise Board, she was the first student in the South East to receive this qualification. photos here>>


October 2003: First Presentation of E-Skills Certificates.

At our Awards Presentation Evening on Friday 10th October CompuLearn presented E-Skills certificates to their students for the first time in the South East of Ireland. The E-Skills course would be best described as 'Effective Use of the Internet'. photos here>>


April 2003: CompuLearn are the First Training Centre in Ireland.

Wednesday April 30th, CompuLearn are the First Training Centre in Ireland authorised to deliver all ECDL Advanced Certifications. All four ECDL Advanced Levels are now available, Wordprocessing, Spreadsheet, Database and Presentations.


January 2003: CompuLearn launch the "European Certificate in PC Maintenance and Networking".

The PC-Expert™ course structure and content conforms to the International Qualifications Framework, and as a result, the course material covers all the essential skills and knowledge a person needs whether they are just interested in learning the basics or they intend pursuing further qualifications in the area of PC Maintenance and/or Networking.   Course Outline - Click Here


CompuLearn are the First Training Centre in Ireland to Award the "European Certificate in Information Technology" to their students.
